The Resurrectionist
It begins with Ezra Geldart, a young journalist who leads a dangerous double life as a resurrectionist, stealing bodies for medical research in an era when scientific progress came at a terrible cost. What begins as a desperate attempt to build a future becomes the secret that will haunt his family for decades.
Future Books
The next book to come out will be The Resurrectionist's Daughter which will go on pre-order this September and releases on October 10th. It follows Elizabeth Geldart in 1840s London as she begins working in a London hospital. Determined to build a life on her own terms, she steps into the challenging world of early nursing and medicine where long hours, difficult choices, and societal expectations constantly test her resolve.There is a prequel and two other books following the other Geldart children that are planned.
About The Author
Persephone Octavius is a chronically ill writer and artist living in a small town in Indiana with her partner and a beloved cat who keeps close watch from the foot of the bed. Most days are spent resting, binge watching historical dramas, and drifting off into daydreams about the many books she still plans to write in this series.
